Booking & Tickets

How do I book an event?

All event bookings are made securely through our Ticket Tailor booking system.

Are bookings secure?

Yes. Ticket Tailor uses industry-standard encryption and trusted third-party payment processors to ensure all bookings and payments are secure. Sensitive card information is never stored directly by us.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. A digital copy of your booking confirmation or ticket is perfectly fine.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes. If you have paid for your ticket(s) in full and can no longer attend, you may transfer your place to a family member or friend.

You must notify Spooky Paranormal Investigations Ltd at least 24 hours before the event with the new participant’s name and contact details.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any private ticket sales or transfers arranged between third parties, and we are unable to resell transferred tickets on your behalf.

What happens if an event sells out?

You can join the waiting list for sold out events. If tickets become available, you will be notified automatically.

Do you offer refunds?

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Any participant found intentionally faking paranormal activity, interfering with investigations, or disrupting the experience for others may be removed from the event immediately without refund.
