You agree that any footage or pictures taken during the Event by Spooky Paranormal Investigations Ltd staff or designated photographers may be used by Spooky Paranormal Investigations Ltd for promotional purposes (e.g., on our website or social media). If you do not wish to be included in such media, please inform a member of staff at the start of the Event.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
6.1. Cancellation by You (the Participant):
All payments for bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
It's your responsibility at the time of booking to ensure that you are able to attend the Event date. Our Venues are paid for in advance based on participant numbers, and we are liable for these costs even if you cannot attend.
We cannot offer a refund or transfer your places if you are unable to attend for any reason (e.g., illness, personal commitments, traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, inability to find parking, or any other unforeseen circumstances).
Transfer to Third Party: If you have paid for your ticket(s) in full and are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket(s) to a family member or friend. It's your responsibility to inform Spooky Paranormal Investigations Ltd of any such transfer with the new participant's name and contact details at least 24 hours prior to the Event start time. Spooky Paranormal Investigations Ltd accepts no liability for any third-party transactions made via this method. We cannot put your places back up for sale on our website.

Insufficient Bookings: We reserve the right to cancel an Event if not enough customers have booked to make it financially viable to operate.
Notification: If we have to cancel an Event, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible via the contact details provided at the time of booking (email and/or mobile phone). It's your responsibility to ensure your contact details are accurate and up-to-date.
