A RANGE OF PERSPECTIVES
Team members approach paranormal investigation from different perspectives, including sceptical and evidence-focused, intuitive and believing viewpoints. Guests are encouraged to form their own conclusions.
Who We Are
Spooky Paranormal Investigations runs welcoming, organised and realistic paranormal investigation events where guests genuinely take part.
How SPI Started
Tash and Ryan met while working on paranormal events and discovered that they shared many of the same ideas about how investigations should be run.
They wanted to create welcoming, organised, realistic and honest events where guests genuinely participate — with no staged scares or manufactured experiences. That shared approach led to Spooky Paranormal Investigations being created in 2025.
Our Approach
Team members approach paranormal investigation from different perspectives, including sceptical and evidence-focused, intuitive and believing viewpoints. Guests are encouraged to form their own conclusions.
SPI does not promise paranormal activity or manufacture evidence.
SPI is not a haunted attraction and does not use actors or hidden effects to manufacture paranormal experiences.
Guests participate in the investigation and ordinary explanations are considered.
Meet The Team
Four different perspectives, one shared commitment to thoughtful and welcoming investigations.
Director
I’ve been involved in paranormal investigation for over 20 years and would describe myself as a believer, although I always look for logical explanations before drawing conclusions.
Over the years I’ve investigated locations across the UK, both as a guest and as part of investigation teams. I particularly enjoy the personal and observational side of investigations and the moments that encourage us to question what we may have experienced.
Ryan and I met while working on paranormal events and discovered that we shared many of the same ideas about how investigations should be run. That shared approach eventually led to the creation of Spooky Paranormal Investigations.
Favourite investigation location: Nottingham Galleries of Justice.
Director
I’ve been involved in paranormal investigation for over 15 years and have investigated locations across the country. I originally approached the paranormal as a complete sceptic, always looking for a logical explanation, but experiences over the years that I have been unable to explain have made me much more open-minded.
I still take a balanced and questioning approach and particularly enjoy the technical side of investigating — using equipment, reviewing potential evidence and experimenting with different investigation methods and techniques.
Favourite investigation location: Nottingham Galleries of Justice.
Host
I’ve been involved in paranormal investigation for over 13 years and have always had a strong interest in the spiritual and intuitive side of the unexplained.
My approach is open-minded and places a lot of value on personal experience, intuition and the sensory side of an investigation. I’m particularly interested in spirit communication and in helping guests feel comfortable discussing and making sense of their own experiences.
I also bring a supportive and compassionate approach to events and enjoy helping guests explore a different perspective on paranormal investigation.
Favourite investigation location: Rougham Control Towers.
Host
I’ve been involved in paranormal investigation for the past two to three years and approach every investigation with an open mind and a genuine desire to keep learning.
Although I’m open to paranormal possibilities, I believe it’s important to explore logical explanations for anything we hear, see or experience before reaching conclusions. I enjoy supporting guests throughout an investigation and helping to create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where people feel comfortable getting involved.
For me, every location and investigation is another opportunity to learn, question and experience something new.
Favourite investigation location: Wisbech Castle.
